Brain tumors can be benign i.e. non-cancerous, which grows slowly like pituitary adenoma, meningioma, acoustic neuroma etc and malignant which are high grade, aggressive tumors with high risk of relapse like malignant gliomas etc. The management of brain tumors involve surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and medical decompression including steroids.
